The share price is tanking now because there isn’t a quick profit to be had. In the current economic environment there are precious few overnight success stories. Share price will recover when financing and off takes are obtained. Remember we are near the top of the interest rate cycle now, the Fed is expected to start cutting next year, then financing will be cheaper and NPV and IRR will look a lot better.
It’s a long term project and I’m happy to buy now, expecting significant value upside in 12 months time and for a couple of decades beyond that.

Like a good wine this will get better over time and reward those who are patient and willing to wait.
