Yes I believe TIM has scruples, otherwise he would not have bought at the $3 Mark, all I can here is RICK RULES classic phrase, if you like a stock at $1 and you have confidence in the stock and management ,if it plunges by 50 % or more triple down , if your financial circumstances allow you.
