Chalice sp also has a habit of increasing dramatically in the days following a massive announcement..after the news has hit the press and overnight it really sinks in to people's minds...see what happens. LTR rejection of ~60% increase in sp takeover offer is similar to what I reckon would happen if Chn was now offered $10-$11..thanks but no thanks...and, beautifully, provides a new sp base.
