Those big sell off days in mid Nov 100 mil vol due to the Mugabe situation was what now could be an over reaction of selling at the time for safety sake, but as that all dies down and PSC continue as planned there's a whole bunch of sellers that may want back in based on there initial reason to buy and hold in the first place and there it is our steady climb upward in SP.
