I'm aware of the article but I have two concerns. 1) Australian Industry has slowly moved out of vehicle manufacturing over the previous three decades being labour uncompetitive. Including the Button Plan and Toyota exit etc. 2) I've had experience of the Indians saying they would do a lot of things but failing to deliver. Perhaps a poor example but it was a 10-year plan and a massive battle to get the Adani mine up.
Never the less the demand for India and others are likely to be large so we'll get somewhere.
Caveat - I haven't got an entrepreneuring bone in my body.
