It appears the property is freehold with unused areas of land to facilitate growth so we await further information, maybe at the AGM in a couple of months time.
Speaking of the AGM will it be at the Optus Stadium again or in a special area of the incomplete "A" shed as a sneak preview to the project, now that would be interesting!.

also bear in mind the site is heritage listed.... this process will not be cheap - or necessarily aesthetically "on trend" from external view.
