Interesting market today- with one trade of 10 million shares at 9.9 cents, just shy of $100,000.00
this quantity is over the 5% mark and will trigger a couple of substantial holder notices.
There is a fair chance Perinial are at one end of this trade and I would think they are the sellers based on past performances.
I am very curious to find out who the buyer is, hopefully some new long term investor having done some homework and sees a nice profit in the future.
May even be connected to the bank that extended the line of credit
