Yes I agree the only thing standing in the way of 2P is sustained gas flow. Although as rexsh pointed out previously that's only for 2P around the Klebb pilot. But that's enough to start with.
As for mcf number that's up to the certifiers. Given the fact these wells aren't fully shielded it probably isn't that high. A few hundred mcfd would probably be enough.
