IMO your about to sink !!!! Let's see what the GWC is anything above 4710 "filled to spill" is a killer for SE then what happens ???
You must have CSPB knocking on the door looking for their gas and when you can't deliver it on time what penalty are they going to hit you with.
Only my opinion don't believe SE is filled to spill. DYOR
