Above an extract from Strachans note that was published today.
All positive and EME up 20%, amazed this is trading down at these levels given Dempsey is looking like its an absolute monster of a gas discovery. Obviously we need flow rates but every box has been ticked thus far yet price is still the same. At some point the SP here will start pricing in some of the upside.
Cracking risk/reward. Think its going to be a strong few days here now. 3 x placing volume has now been flushed through since it was announced and the 11.5c gap has been filled on the chart. Next move up to 20c prior to flow test results is ON.
