I just hope that the lower reservoir zones are not to thin and have reasonable reservoir properties, they are quite distal from the Coastal Range outcrops to the west which are massive sandstone with pebbles etc. At this well location could well be fine grained and heavily cemented.
But it's gas and gas will flow well even with porosity around 6%.
