He was the CFO of CUE for the last 21 years... sure he rode allot of ups and downs.
This is almost a shell, acquiring the Beach project alone makes this company more valuable than where it is at.
Good buying at these levels, however, its a make or break situation and I am confident that we have a person with sound financial knowledge here to get the required finances and acquisition across the line.
