There's an additional touch over 2mill placement shares (which I presume is Neil Young buying- to be confirmed of course, but previous announcement stated certain Directors were buying up to $150k worth in the placement- this may be a mix of Directors, or Neil solely- to be clarified)

Both this placement and the 50,000,000 option issuance need to be approved by us shareholders.

I've not seen the term sheet which may outline specific dates for this vote, in lieu of that, I suspect the vote will form part of the AGM.

Last year we had a 17th Oct announcement for a 17th Nov AGM.....so I suspect maybe similar dates.
