I had it from the horses mouth that Grandis was 'problematic' - for what reasons I was not told. My understanding however is that the big players avoided this site for that reason and once the small cap EXR overcomes whatever the perceived problem/s are the the Grandis tenement will be further de-risked and substantially more viable. The other reason , BasVermeulen already addressed.
