I see a lot of people posting about the NTA.
I pose the question back to you and all others with the same comments.
1. Do you know what an NTA is?
2. Do you understand GMG's business model?
3. Once you answer Q1 and Q2 why do you think Goodman should be valued against an NTA?
GMG is not a typical property REIT. If you dont understand the business, I agree the valuation will look abusrd to you. So will the price of meals at a Michelin star restraunt if you only look at the ingredients.
