Goodman sells his stake as part of a family reorganisation? what does that mean? I dont know, however i did notice the code on commsec for the sale of those units was XTSTOS which apparently is a transfers from one portfolio to another in an overseas transaction.
Vanguard is reducing all its property holdings including GPT. Barclays sales could be just ptofit taking or reallocation of funds to other extremely undervalued stocks.
Fundamentals are strong, IIF recently sold assets at june 09 book values
