Well said Lombard, this company is a dream coming true. Already we are seeing valuations of 71c and that is based on the Goodman Australia Fund and possible European expansions. These Chinese expansions are an additional fee based income stream and should bring the sp valuation higher again. As we see more and more GMG developments such as this 5 square kilometre mixed use business park, the exposure to GMG increases, its record in China improves and this awareness in China will bring more and more Chinese contracts and investors.
It also gives support to the concept of GMG listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
As I noted earlier, GMG is rated as a very strong long term buy. Its fundamentals and partnered support are very good.
