Heres the conclusion summary, have not had time yet to read whole report. Am I right when reading this it is stating evidence to suggest that the long term benefits are somewhat inconclusive at the moment, though they can see short term benefits? Possibly procedual tweaks need to be made? Going to need to sit down and read whole report after work.
