I don't really see a 'low ball' takeover as much of a risk here. The management own 15% and the Top 20 own around 57% and people with 100k+ shares (92 club) own about 74% of the company as of the annual report last year. Since then I think a number of people with large holdings have increased their position - I certainly have.
If TO offer comes along they are going to have to pay up big to get my shares.
