    I intend to call Ardea today to clarify the Q4 deadline is in fact calendar year, not financial, and just check if the KPMG process has a hard deadline finish - i.e. call for last offers from potential partners and then a hard close date. If answers are yes and yes, I am going back for one last buying hurrah. Will update the thread on answers to those Qs
