Could the Government implement Gooroo's AI technology to match and find those dependent on the dole with Employers looking for Workers?

If it can match the unemployed to employers, then it could seriously change the lives of those who truly want to work. Many who aren't as confident as some in articulating themselves in cv's or interviews, but know they are capable.

Can Gooroo's AI Technology do this, or is it used only for those already in the workforce?

Need to do my own research here, but this looks like a Technology Company with a massive future especially with it's latest market announcements.
