    Thanks. Certainly engaging at all the right levels. The Randstad 3 yr contract IMO validates the technology. A new and deeper understanding, underpinned by the learnings in the area of Neuroscience, imply that the technology has substance. Also implies that they are breaking new ground and that they could challenge the methods currently employed by recruitment agencies. Time will tell.
