They are still way way off the 80%, so are they now changing the rules of the game?

Can they treat holders with a bit of respect here? What are the saying with this announcement?

The acceptances they have got are based on the 80% threshold, I hope they are not trying to keep those acceptances even though they won't get anywhere near 80%?
