Exactly, the directors just want to get it over the line so that they can buy yachts and sail off into retirement, tax free of course. Unfortunately for them, there are bunch of us retail shareholders who won't benefit as much and are therefore holding out for a better deal. Really would be a crying shame for them and their families not to cash out - let's see how much they want it, it's going to be an interesting month.
