Gold Road Resources Limited (Gold Road or the Company) advises that it has committed to participate in the Institutional Entitlement Offer (the Offer) by De Grey Mining Limited (ASXEG) (De Grey) at $1.10 per share, as announced by De Grey on 10 May 2024, taking up all of the Company’s entitlements under the Offer, subscribing for 46,249,692 shares
GOR will be short of their 19.9% have will have to subscribe in the short fall .
plus probably buy on market. just a guessatmate!?!
to bring them up to 19.9% again imho.
