The above should be viewed as break up value ......but in my view the strategic stake in DEG (putting the owner in a box seat on a DEG development or Takeover activity) is worth a significant premium.........as an indicator ....if DEG was announced as a T/O target ....what premium would you expect .....minimum 25%? (IDK)...but that would probably make DGO worth about $4
