    Recommend looking at GOR's investor presentation today if you aren't aware of what they do (or don't do for that matter) and it should give you an idea of the potential synergies. Remove a heap of the deadwood from both companies, utilise all the cash GOR have in hand (no debt) and a $30M exploration annual budget on your great assets. Win win?
