Well, what do you all think?

Seems like a piddly offer increase when they still need to get another 60% of the SHs over the line, and they have committed to that being the final offer.

The whole thing just seems much worse now anyway, they were offering $3.55 before, now they are only offering $2.95.

Personally, I don't see how this will change many new holders minds.
