yeah, just feels like a really half-hearted effort from GOR, to only increase by 4% as their BAFO.
you get the impression they aren't desperate to own DGO, but will take it if they can get it on the cheap.
having said that, it's not like any other suitors came out of the woodwork either.
My guess is DGO will stay an independent entity for now, the Directors that want to cash out will find another way to do so, then we go it alone and see if we can see Hemi through to production.
