Interested in Credit suisse sub sh notice today. States 7%. What i did not see was the benefical ownership for that 7% as we know via GOR ann that 4.67% is theirs.
Could be assumed the other 2.33% are being held for GOR?
I would think a clarity explanation is needed as this exceeds the takeover threshold. Just IMO
