Hi stockguru.
The Grand Master said in the webinar that although only a sideshow it was too good an opportunity to pass up on, or words to that effect.
As a “friendly takeover” they would have had access to all information so I think we need to trust their judgement in this instance.
So I think it’s a “good”.
But what would I know!
