Goschen is amongst the World's significant Rare Earth projects with cash flow from Mineral Sands to boot.
Current share price reflects the stage it is at....not at FID yet.
It is the funding to be finalised, from sources we know not of at this point. (Pretty sure management has a good handle on though.)
We have top management, ex Newcrest Mining, anda major world asset.
Nothing is ever certain but the odds must be good.
