Basket mix is key - ie: say terbium is the most expensive element but it's low volume in the mix. So far basket mix is high value, with the min sands offsetting most of the cost of the rare earths (so 2 product streams).
2.8 years payback period for an initial 20 year mine life if you look at the last prezzo ie TZMI.
