The culture of this company in my BOOK is already questionable.

That is the founding Share Holders where CNQ (Fine) and Willowood. 50/50.

CNQ have done the hard work and sponsored the Float Willowood is a Company owned by Brightstar's Director - Mr Geoffrey Gilmour. The link is Brightstar are Vending in the Mt Adrah Asset of which;

1 Brightstar get 10,000,000 shares = $2m IPO price.
2 Brightstar's MD's Company gets 1,500,000 shares = $300,000 (NOTE it paid $1,500 as seed capital)

Thus I am concerned about the "Culture" of Gassan pre Float
