Agree completely.. these 3rd party valuations can never be as sophisticated as our own posters on BGS on Hot Copper. We have a Swiss-army knife of the finest and most knowledgeable contributors providing a depth of knowledge some algorithm or part time writer doing a smidgen of research simply could not compare with.

With have seen the market massively under state the worth of our projects for the last 12 months and I maintain they are still largely clueless -- time will time of course but i am putting my money of the rich bed of knowledge from contributors and long term holders of BGS -- sure they have a vested interest but in my opinion skin in the game is the best reason to do maximum research and be sure of your FA.
