Yep, I think so, as much as we think that it's in the bag, certain people will wait for the official Announcement from the company as per ASX rules. Although if Changsha , General lithium Corp or some other entity steps forward with finance/off-take agreement then they will have missed the boat. Supply of lithium is going to become very very tight and companies in Europe, China have to start locking in supply now for all those Battery mega factories being built. If the Europeans also go down the route of building Conversion plants to guarantee their future energy supply (which I think is a dead cert) they will have to look in our direction NOW and a deal will not be far away.
