$1.40 per share is $1.8B market cap, which is what LLL's stake in Goulamina should be worth alone, based on extremely conservative DFS numbers.
Add Morila, which is give or take $500M (with upside), brings us to $2.3B combined market cap.
That puts us at a 'fair value' of $1.95 per share. I would never even think to sell prior to that.
