CATL no doubt also waiting on details of the reported new DRC laws being framed that make it a requirement to process all minerals in country - and what that's going to cost them. And whether hydroxide can even travel from DRC to China without major issues. (Something I have heard is problematic but do not know details on).

It likely gets done...eventually given the quality of resource...but
with all that to consider, surely that adds at least another year to their first production timeline in DRC.
A much simpler and highly profitable story to tell here with FFX/LLL IMHO.
