Raising at/near 52 week lows is generally not a preferred way to bring in financing. Ideally, I think the company should find a buyer for its non-core gold tenements (what better time than now?!?) and tighten up the belt until 1) a binding offtake/joint venture deal materializes 2) until DFS is released, which should show resource/reserve upgrade + METs optimization, etc.
The combination of one or the other, would do much to lift up the share price and of course a return in sentiment towards lithium would only help more.
That's when you would want to raise the bulk of the financing CAPEX.
