    So permitted under the 2012 mining code. Can anyone clarify how this differs from the new mining code?

    My brief understanding was that new code was more restrictive and would have resulted in less concessions and higher taxes from Mali gov, so this sounds like a double win for us?

    If so, a fantastic result, pays to be first in line!
