Get back to us when AVZ have upgraded the dam, to upgrade the power station, and bought the barges to cross the flooded rivers, and then upgraded the road north of the barges to more than a donkey track. Then you'll need to build the mine, and run it at a loss until you build the secondary plants, and staff them in the middle of the jungle with all the people who'd want to live in the middle of a tribal war and ebola zone. And don't forget the small matter of upgrade the rail all the way across to East Africa.
