To my understanding, no money has actually traded hands as of yet? Or has the Break-free payment already been received?
Also, there are several hoops in which they have to jump through, governmental approval being a major consideration and an extension has already been granted on the agreemt. So begins the long game of dangling the carrot in front of the starving horse.
