So, who's this mysterious third party who's recommended yet more drilling? Is it the Chinese, with whom BGS has been engaging and looking towards for help in getting finance? That jibes. And, if that's so, is that going to be the extent of their help?
Maybe the Penny has finally dropped that there's a rail head down the road which avoids the need for road transport?
What most intrigues me is how the BIG issue of water supply could have been avoided in both the ESIA and EPA? Or, maybe, it hasn't? Maybe that's one of the 'snags'? Surface dam(s) may be the least expensive solution but, environmentally, explosive in these days of climate change? Back to the drawing board with the ESIA, surely, if that does materialise as the preferred option.
Still nothing from the Brit on the 'dog' appellation and the need for more cash. Odd.
