DSO suspended but not altogether canned. still some potential for this to be conditionally approved, not that it's material to the company, but could propel a bit of a rebound on the SP.

walking a tightrope this morning but LT don't see any reason to bail. it's too good a project, with too much mutual benefit, for the 3 parties involved to allow to fail.

also if instos decide to double down (lot of them on the call this morning), that will propel us back up significantly.
