From the announcement,
"So far, LMSA has paid approximately US$4.0 million in import duties and taxes and if the matter is not resolved, it expects to pay a further estimated US$16.1 million this quarter. Total exposure for LMSA in the capital phase of the Project for unplanned import duties and taxes is US$45-50 million."
From the webinar, consistent to the announcement, that would be the worst case exposure in regards to this matter.
