So all up say worst case scenario is a $100 mill hit to the JV (now = $45 mill hit to LLL's bottom line) has caused a $700 million dollar write down in the share price! That's one almighty uncertainty tax indeed. Especially given it is far from certain those issues will continue into the future and there remains an even chance of things going to the positive on those at some stage...
