I used to work for a junior ASX listed explorer in Tanzania (with a Mining Code/Act based on the UK model).

So you would think it pretty stable.......wrong!

Didn't stop the Tanzanian government trying to re-negotiate contracts with us.

In the end we sold out (at a substantial loss - we were never going to win this fight) and re-invested in Australia.

Invest in Africa at your own risk!
