malian govt is not asking for 30%
if you are saying that there is either ignorance or malice.
ownership has not changed for them
dso under discussion and they have charged them taxes they werent going to under the agreement which could add up to $50 mill usd.
it is likely to be there way of getting money back from ffx which the govt believes is still tied to LLL
