Forgetting the lack of investment in LLL directly, which I only see as a negative. What is your take on the 5% of the JV versus the 9.9% or whatever it was in LLL directly? In terms purely on the stake, cash, valuations, etc? I just can't see any positives in this change, but maybe I am missing something.
