Honestly, I don't see the commentary from Leo implying there is no response or dialogue ongoing with the Gov. Not sure where that is coming from here from a few people.

I listened to the webinar again and it sounds to me like Simon is just saying that they haven't given a final answer either way on the DSO, just implying that its not finalised, and not suggesting that they are not in communication at all (which might be just simple "handshaking" still, but that would be normal Gov turn around times anywhere). Sounds to me like he literally confirms some form of back and forth communication ongoing.
